This weekend, I had planned on heading onto Amazon and picking up a Kindle copy of Evertrue, but Amazon are having issues with the eCopy and sadly it's not for purchase as yet. So this weekend I plan on finishing:

After finishing Captivate by Vanessa Garden last night for Harlequin Australia's blog tour, which was an awesome read, I thought I would try a little young adult contemporary this weekend. So thanks to Bloomsbury Australia, I'll be reading...

This weekend I plan on seeing Catching Fire, having waited for the fanatical crowds to have died down. I'll be having a dystopian weekend and plan on starting...
This weekend, I'm feeling a little blah about the books I have left on my fantasy / mythology list for October. I've never been a huge fan of fantasy, unless it's mixed in with a little dystopian, and although I've read a few awesome titles... Fantasy is making reading feel like a chore with some of the novels I've picked up or bought this week.
So whatever you're doing this weekend, check out Sporadic Reads and let us know what you're reading. So over my weekend:
It's been months since
the ghost of Anna Korlov opened a door to Hell in her basement and
disappeared into it, but ghost-hunter Cas Lowood can't move on. His
friends remind him that Anna sacrificed herself so that Cas could
live, not walk around half dead. He knows they're right, but in Cas's
eyes, no living girl he meets can compare to the dead girl he fell in
love with.
Now he's seeing Anna everywhere: sometimes when he's asleep and sometimes in waking nightmares. But something is very wrong... These aren't just daydreams. Anna seems tortured, torn apart in new and ever more gruesome ways every time she appears.
Cas doesn't know what happened to Anna when she disappeared into Hell, but he knows she doesn't deserve whatever is happening to her now. Anna saved Cas more than once, and it's time for him to return the favor.

Never, ever cry...
Eureka Boudreaux's mother drilled that rule into her daughter years ago.
But now her mother is gone, and everywhere Eureka goes he is there:
Ander, the tall, pale blond boy who seems to know things he shouldn't,
who tells Eureka she is in grave danger, who comes closer to making her
cry than anyone has before.
But Ander doesn't know Eureka's darkest secret: ever since her mother drowned in a freak accident, Eureka wishes she were dead, too. She has little left that she cares about, just her oldest friend, Brooks, and a strange inheritance, a locket, a letter, a mysterious stone, and an ancient book no one understands. The book contains a haunting tale about a girl who got her heart broken and cried an entire continent into the sea. Eureka is about to discover that the ancient tale is more than a story, that Ander might be telling the truth... And that her life has far darker undercurrents than she ever imagined.

Thirteen year old best friends Stephen and Marco attempt a go for broke heist to break into the high school prom and get Marco onstage to confess his love for (and hopefully steal the heart of) Benji, the adorable exchange student and bass player of the prom band. Of course, things don't always go according to plan, and every heist comes with its fair share of hijinks.
This is my first Hannah Moskowitz novel, but I've read incredible reviews on Marco Impossible. I had almost forgotten that I had this one and sorry that I've taken so long to get to it.
If time allows, I've also lined up Smitten by Lacey Weatherford, which is book two in the Crush series.
Whatever you're reading this weekend, I'd love to hear your thoughts. While your at it, pop over to Sporadic Reads.
This weekend I'm planning on reading:
Sutter Keely. He's the guy you want at your party. He’ll get everyone dancing. He’ ll get everyone in your parents’ pool. Okay, so he’s not exactly a shining academic star. He has no plans for college and will probably end up folding men’s shirts for a living. But there are plenty of ladies in town.
Until the morning he wakes up on a random front lawn, and he meets Aimee. Aimee’s clueless. Aimee is a social disaster. Aimee needs help, and it’s up to the Sutterman to show Aimee a splendiferous time and then let her go forth and prosper. But Aimee’s not like other girls, and before long he’s in way over his head. For the first time in his life, he has the power to make a difference in someone else’s life, or ruin it forever
I added this one after seeing Adriana over at She's Got Books On Her Mind was enjoying it. Being made into a movie, certainly captured my interest.
The Redemption Of Callie And Kayden
The dark secret Kayden has kept hidden for years is finally out. Worse, he's facing charges for battery. The only way to clear his name is for Callie to speak up , something he'll never ask her to do. Instead, he'll do whatever he must to protect her, even if it means letting go of the only girl he's ever loved.
Callie knows Kayden is going back to his dark place and desperately wants to save him. But that means admitting her own painful secrets aloud. The thought of breaking her silence terrifies her - but not as much as the thought of losing Kayden forever. Can she convince him they can make a fresh start together, or is she already too late?

I've been early awaiting book two in The Coincidence series. The first book, The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden was simply brilliant.
Welcome to my first Weekend Readings, thanks to Dre over at Sporadic Reads. It's going to be a chilly one in Melbourne this weekend, so what better way to spend my time, than curled up with a good book. It's actually my Kindle, but curling up with a Kindle, it really doesn't have the same effect.
This weekend I'm planning on reading:
American Girl On Saturn by Nikki Godwin.
The summer after graduation is supposed to be that first real taste of freedom, but not for eighteen year old Chloe Branson. Just as that breeze of freedom is making its way into her galaxy, her secret service agent dad drops a meteor sized bomb of bad news on her and her sisters. An attempt has been made on the lives of Canadian boyband, Spaceships Around Saturn, during their USA tour, and the guys have to go into hiding ASAP. The only problem? In the midst of the crisis and media frenzy, their dad volunteered to hide the guys... In their house.
Nikki Godwin is a self proclaimed One Direction fan, and although they aren't my thing (far from it), even mature young adult readers will be able to relate, the boyband crush. Sadly, the year was 1988 and my boyband crush was New Kids On The Block. Yes, It still makes me cringe.
Confessions Of An Angry Girl by Louise Rozett.
Rose Zarelli, self-proclaimed word geek and angry girl, has some confessions to make
I'm livid all the time.
I make people furious regularly.
High school might as well be Mars.

This Harlequin Teen release has been on my list for a while, and have the Galley review copy of the second in the series. So in order to whip through my Netgalley reads, I need to polish this one off first.
And I'm curious to know, why the hell is she so angry?
Remember to head over to Sporadic Reads and share what you'll be reading this weekend.
